A2D has established a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) in the southeast largest telecom gateway located at 55 Marietta Street, in Atlanta, GA. As a fiber carrier CLEC, our primary objective is to ensure that our networks are operating efficiently and continue to meet our customers which are other carriers' stringent 5-9's master service level agreements.
As a network operator, we are prepared to integrate and monitor any active asset as well as provide routine maintenance and emergency restoration of fixed passive assets. This includes but is not limited to underground conduit, underground and aerial cabling, splice enclosures, terminal shelters, cabinets, nodes, and network systems and equipment. Regardless of who owns the network asset, A2D treats it as if it is ours where the same level of care and expediency is given.
