Faith:

The leadership of A2D continually rely upon their faith to endure and overcome personal and professional challenges. We understand that we are all not alone and through prayer, we can individually and collectively overcome anything.

Family:

At A2D, we understand that people come to work for a company and expect to be compensated for their contribution. However, we also believe that people inherently want to belong to something greater than the transaction. As a result, we strive to sustain an environment where everyone is treated as a member of the family and are given mutual respect, support, nurturing, and encouragement.

Innovation:

We are first and foremost a technology based company. As a result, we expect to continue to push the envelope. No one at A2D should be stagnate and/or unwilling to identify new ways to leverage low and high-tech to solve problems or make existing solutions more efficient.

Activism:

"From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked" (Luke 12:48)

At A2D, we believe we should be vigorous at leveraging our resources to help eradicate the digital divide in order to give those who live with certain socio-economic challenges the opportunity to leverage technology to help bring about political and/or social change in their community.
